  • What happens after I apply?

    After securing your spot, a confirmation letter will be sent to each applicant regarding all of the information they will need before the programs start.

  • What are the General Admission Requirements?

    Students who have not completed high school in Canada may be required to complete a language exam. Students must also be over the age of 16.

  • Is there parking available?

    Edmonton Campus :


    Paid parking is conveniently available on the north side of the building. 


    Monthly parking available at 10323 106 Steet

    Calgary Campus: 


    Paid Parking is plentiful underneath and around Eau Claire Market.

  • Is there a school dress code?

    Business Casual Attire Only - No Open Toe Shoes, No Hoodies, Tracksuits, or Gym Clothes.

  • Is there government funding available?

    The Masters in Barbering is eligible for Provincial and Federal Student Loans and Grants, through Alberta Student Aid.

  • How many students are there per class?

    We limit each class size to 12 students. This ensures that you have lots of 1-on-1 support from the Educators.

  • What is the salary of a barber?

    As an apprentice Barber, after completing your training, you might expect to earn about $80 to $100 per day in wages, and $20 in tips. If you work 6 days a week with time and experience, a pro Barber can earn as much as $1,500 per week or $75k per year without tips.

  • How can I expect to be paid as a barber?

    Shops generally pay by commission, hourly wage or by renting a chair. The most common practice is a 50/50 commission based structure.
